Summer creates different memories for us all, for some it will be spent lazying by the beach or pool, for others it will be adventuring into new lands, or it may involve staying at home; however you whittle by the hours, I'm sure we can all agree that certain fragrances open doors into days past. One whiff of a certain note and instantly you are taken back to a place lost in times past; a trip down memory lane, if you will. As a child and teenager, I spent many a school break in Wales, surrounded by lush green surroundings, sweetly blooming flowers and if I was extremely lucky the sun made an appearance too. If like myself you love to complete douse and engulf yourself in a fragrance, you are in luck as not only is there the sweet notes of Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Nectarine Blossom Eau de Toilette to enjoy but also a luxurious body cream and body wash of the same scent too. In case the photos don't quite translate the sizing of the Green Tea Nectarine Blossom body products, they are huge; the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Nectarine Blossom Honey Drops Body Cream is a whopping 500ml and the coordinating body wash is of a similar standing too. As you can most likely imagine, both smell wonderful, with the body cream being a little more vanilla-come-honey based than the original fragrance, but ideal for layering and intensifying the scent, not to mention cleansing and moisturising the skin.
How would I best describe the lingering notes of Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Nectarine Blossom? Unexpected and wonderfully fresh is the first thoughts that come to mind, closely followed by invigorating and dare I say fruity and youthful. This is the type of scent that you can rely on come rain or shine to uplift and pop a little pep in your step, and as it is gentle it won't overwhelm nor cloy, regardless of how warm the weather may be - perfect. As you have most likely guessed the core notes are of course Nectarine and Green Tea, surrounded by accents of Summer-ready Peach, Apricot, Fresh Bergamot and a hint of musk. It truly is dreamy and begs to be teamed with a large sun hat, a floral dress.
