What's New on the High Street

Each month I try to sit down and share all the latest launches that have or are about to hit the High Street - admittedly I am a little late with May's edition but you will forgive me once you see all that is in-store at the moment. Without further ado here is what you can buy now on the UK High Street, shopping lists at the ready...

What's New on the High Street

Let's kick things off with a freebie - Boots are currently gifting a free Revlon Mascara when you purchase any three Revlon make-up items. As an added bonus Revlon is also on a 3 for 2 offer at Boots, this is both online and in-store - link.

Two new collections have just landed at The Body Shop - the new Virgin Mojito Bath and Body Collection is in-store now and smells incredible - fresh, zesty and addictive. For those on the look out for brightening skin care two new items join The Body Shop Vitamin C collection: The Body Shop Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturiser  and The Body Shop Vitamin C Instant Glow Enhancer - you can read my full review here - link.

A quick peruse of the bath and body aisle of Boots lead me to the new Original Source Quick Drying Moisturising Oil Spray. Not only does this smell delicious, a blend of watermelon and jojoba oils but is beyond lightweight. It is not at all greasy yet deeply hydrates the skin instantly - one of the best dry oils I have come across within the budget market. I can not find it online but it was £6.99 from Boots.

What's New on the High Street

May has been a wonderful month for make-up launches not only have the new Revlon HD Lipsticks (£7.99 via Boots) landed - creamy, buttery soft and pigmented but L'Oreal have just unleashed the new L'Oreal Paris Infallible Mega Gloss (£6.99 each) which come in both matte and gloss formulations. In other lip news the new Chapstick Lipstix have now launched nationwide.

At long last the Maybelline Color Tattoo's in Leather Effect have reached UK shores, if you haven't already snapped one up the shade Creamy Beige is a great base and everyday shade. The other and perhaps more exciting Maybelline launch is the new Maybelline Master Sculpt Contouring Kits (£6.99), two fuss free colour options for chiselled cheekbones.

Speaking of cheeks two new Barry M blush options have just landed on counter, if you like cream formulations then the new Barry M Make Me Blush Cream Sticks (£4.49 each) are the product for you. For those who enjoy a more traditional approach there is three new shades of Barry M Make Me Blush Powder Blushes (£3.49 each) to choose from, full review here - link.

What's New on the High Street

Admittedly I bought my China Glaze and OPI polishes from Nail Polish Direct but if you'd rather see them in person, it my be helpful to know that Sally's now have both the OPI Hawaii Collection and the China Glaze Electric Nights Collection in-store now. I also noticed that Boots have expanded the Seventeen Gel Colour Polish range - a great, glossy gel polish that gives the appearance of gel cured nails for just £3.99.

As you can see May has been a jam packed month! Look out for full reviews of all of the above items and do let me know if you have any other new product recommendations.
