Two New Sanctuary Spa Ranges to Try

As sad as it may seem, I love my shower - I more than enjoy jumping in both morning and night armed with new lotions and potions to smooth and polish my skin. Sadly most bathing treats are aimed at use within a bath tub, which I simply do not have so when new shower treats come along you can more than bet that I will be first in line to try them out. Rather excitingly Sanctuary Spa have just launched two new ranges which are aimed at shower use!

First up we have the new Sanctuary Spa Cooling Collection which contains three new products, two of which I have been kindly gifted. With the sudden onset of warm weather here in Britain I feel this new aquatic scent will be widely received - a refreshing blend of water lily, aloe vera and cucumber. Not only is the scent invigorating but each product soothes, cools and calms the body - perfect for warmer climes and after a day of sun seeking? For dry and/or dull skin we have the new Sanctuary Spa Cooling Glacial Scrub (£8/400g) which is sea salt based scrub which gently yet effectively polishes the skin, all the while cooling the skin. It is more of an experience than a scrub not to mention it helps to boost the circulation which can be helpful in the fight against cellulite. If you are on the look out for a gentle, light, cooling and non-greasy body moisturiser, look no further than the new Sanctuary Spa Cooling Body Sorbet (£7/200ml). This has to be one of the quickest drying body moisturisers out there, it quickly soaks into the skin all the while cooling and refreshing as it goes. If you have extremely dry skin I would recommend teaming this with a heavier formulation.

For those on the look out for highly moisturising body treats, the new Sanctuary Spa Air-Whipped Soufflé range could be the answer to your dry skin woes. Three new, deeply moisturising products that don't cost the earth and have been scented with the now iconic Sanctuary Spa signature scent - jojoba, mango and seaweed. Understandably not everyone enjoys shower oils due to texture but do crave additional hydration? The perfect alternative has to be Sanctuary Spa Air-Whipped Shower Soufflé (£7/250ml) which is a thick, creamy shower wash that not only cleanses the skin but moisturises too. It is non-greasy, deeply nourishing with a lighter than air texture and is inspired by cupcake frosting. The nozzle is star shaped to mimic icing and of course to swirl on to skin - novel yet the formula is nothing short of wonderful. Lastly we have Sanctuary Spa Air-Whipped Crème Soufflé (£10.50/475ml) which is a super soft, silky yet whipped body moisturiser that is quickly absorbed into the skin leaving it soft and supple in one quick step. The texture is like mousse - perfect for those who have minimal time to moisturiser their body or simply loathe anything too heavy on their skin but want deep nourishment. It really is a great range, I am going to purchase the coordinating Air-Whipped Souffle Scrub as I am truly blown away.

For all those who prefer showers to baths and/or don't own a bath tub this is a brand you need to investigate further. Spa like products and qualities without breaking the bank!
