Bluebellgray Christine Pouch

Today has turned into a showcase of Scottish products and services, although it was never intended it has worked out well and allows me to show you a beautiful cosmetic pouch and declare my love for my heritage and it is always nice to support home grown talent isn't it?

Bluebellgray is a textile company created by Fi Douglas a graduate of Glasgow School of Art (again a place close to my heart!) who's textile prints are all centered around large watercolour prints be they abstract or floral. If like myself you enjoy floral but funky prints I highly suggest visiting the Bluebellgray website and loosing yourself in endless beautiful designs. If money was no object I would overdose on the Winter Peony collection. In fact I may treat myself to a few of the throw pillows for my bedroom, the beyond pretty rugs will have to wait until I'm feeling a little more flush haha!

At the moment I have the Christine large pouch which is of course a make-up bag but you could use it to store your brushes as it has holders inside to keep brushes or pens should you wish to use it as a pencil case or as a clutch snug in place. If like myself you are prone to make-up spillages or a burst pen or two the wipe clean interior of the Christine pouch comes in handy. In terms of size I deem this cosmetic bag to be perfect for everyday essentials, not so small that you have to leave behind some beloved products but not so big that it weighs down your handbag or allows you to over pack.

Now to begin filling it with my summer essentials, excuse me while I have a nervous breakdown...

Random Fact - Folklore dictates that if you hear a bluebell ring, it’s said that you won’t have long to live...oh dear!
