Yankee Honey Blossom

Recently I posted a good few posts about my bluebell scent obsession - it really has come from nowhere but sadly most of the Bluebell fragranced products I have posted up until now are rather pricey. Today I do have an alternative from Yankee's new summer fragrance range - no it is not Bluebell but if you enjoy light blue type floral scents - Yankee Honey Blossom is for you.

Yankee Honey Blossom

Yankee Honey Blossom is described by Yankee as a beautiful blend of flower nectar, honey musk, freesia and woods makes this both full and delicate and I wholeheartedly agree. Normally when it comes to home scents I sway towards fruity scents but there is something fresh and inviting about Yankee Honey Blossom. Unlike other floral scents this is not powdery or musky rather it is bright and uplifting and reminds me a little of Marc Jacobs Daisy fragrance with in my mind is a blue floral. Yankee Honey Blossom does have a strong scent through and each sampler is said to give around 15 hours of burn time so in theory this tiny candle could last you two weeks as I find an hour a day to be more than suffice.

Like I said Yankee Honey Blossom isn't an outright dupe for any Bluebell fragrance but it is pretty similar and given the teeny tiny price tag of Yankee's samplers and wax tarts it is well worth trying out particularly if you enjoy floral and fresh fragrances of any type.
