So what if such scent isn't something you are clambering to use? I have seven words for you REN & Now to Sleep Pillow Spray.
Now from the get go, I will openly state that the REN & Now to Sleep Pillow Spray does contain Lavender but it is used so mildly that I personally believe that even the fussiest of noses won't be able to detect it. Rather the calming fragrance is mostly constructed of: Frankincense (to help put your mind at rest), Hops (to soothe and calm), Cedar Wood (naturally helps to reduce stress) and of course a teeny, tiny hint of Lavender (to help reduce anxiety) - combined such ingredients form a fairly robust, intoxicating, almost spicy and of course familiar, sleepy scent without a hint of the aforementioned, dreaded powdery note.
When I say familiar, there is no need to panic and wonder if we are all doomed to forever reek of Lavender - all I really mean is that most of sleep boosting sprays share a somewhat similar scent due to most including all but identical ingredients.
Do pillow mists work? In my opinion yes but I may be more susceptible to placebos than the average person, so who really knows? All I can vouch is that when I mist my pillows with REN & Now to Sleep Pillow Spray, I'm instantly relaxed and I find myself more ready for bed; my brain now associates the scent with rest and as such I am quicker to wind down and naturally drift off. Maybe it is the routine of using the product, maybe it is scent association, or maybe, just maybe it works (for me).
I can't promise you miracles will occur if you use any sleep inducing bath and body product, however if you do like the concept and have longed for a product minus the typical Lavender scent, then the REN & Now to Sleep Pillow Spray is for you.
