Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Candle Review Christmas 2017

If you are anything like myself, when you love a fragrance you quickly become obsessed and before you know it, half a bottle is drained before you get your fragrant fix. One of the first scents that I ever bought for myself and became fixated on was Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Eau de Parfum; floral, punchy and sweet at the same time, how anyone can resist it's seductive charm is beyond me. The good news is that you can now scent your home with the beautiful notes of Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb, as it has just been newly launched in candle form.

For those that have worn Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb for years, you won't need me to convince you that this has a place in your home;  for those yet to experience the bold - and dare I say obvious floral notes - let me share why you will want this flickering away upon your fireplace this Autumn.

In true Flowerbomb style the packaging is both utterly beautiful and fitting of the now iconic fragrance: a pretty, pastel pink, glass jar with a sophisticated dash of Viktor & Rolf branding. As I'm sure is the case with most candles - luxury or not - the jar, once depleted can be re-purposed as a make-up brush holder or as a sweet trinket holder. Regardless of how you recycle the jar, I think we can all agree it is something worth holding on to.

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Candle Review Christmas 2017

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb is one of those rare and utterly mesmerising scents - fans (and there are many) will concur that it is love at first spray, it truly is that special. What I will say in regards to the Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Candle is that although it shares all the same fragrance notes (Centifolia Rose, Sambac Jasmine, Cattleya Orchid, India Osmanthus) as the mist on scent, it is more powdery, which is more fitting given the medium. The softer-yet-all-the-same fragrance has a certain homely feel that both wonderfully scents a room, all the while adding both a hint of warmth and ambience.

The Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Candle is a limited edition launch for the festive period so if this is your all time favourite scent - and/or perhaps you'd like to gift someone in the coming weeks - you will have to be quick as this is bound to sell out quick.

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Candle is exclusive to Debenhams and costs £40, it has yet to sneak online as of yet but it is in-store.
