I am on a self imposed spending ban  - I own too much, spend too much and use very little, that and I'm saving up to go back to New York City and let's face it, such trip does not come cheap. I have promised myself that if I stick to the tightening of my purse strings, I can afford to go a little wild in Sephora - I mean isn't that the American beauty lovers dream after all?

What no-one ever admits to is being overwhelmed in Sephora - I won't pretend for one moment it isn't a Mecca of skin saving and beautifying treats, but there is just so much choice. When I visited one of the Times Square locations in July, I was so taken back with a mountain of new launches that I left empty handed - I of course popped back in at a later date and bought all I could carry. Basically what I'm saying here is when it comes to Sephora it doesn't hurt to have a plan and plan I have.

1, I've spoken before about my desire for a tube of the new Hourglass Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick but I have decided that as I have so many bottles of half used foundation, I can afford to hold out until November. My logic is waiting a few weeks more will mean I appreciate the new addition to my make-up bag all the more, that and Sephora carries all the shades unlike some stores here in the UK.

2, Now Sephora is telling me that the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kits are limited edition but I am all but sure that isn't really the case? Is it? Anyway I already own the Glow Kit in Sundipped and can vouch it was worth every penny (a review and haul post will be live next week), with that in mind I have decided that it is only fair that my cheekbones have a little more choice and glow in their lives. If Sephora still stock the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kits come November, I will be taking home Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in That Glow, and I shall glow like a goddess...or something like that.

3, I wasn't the biggest fan of Becca Champagne Pop when I first bought it and as such I foolishly sold it on. Now I have had the chance to test out my sister's pan, it is a shade I have decided I can't be without. I know I can purchase Champagne Pop fairly easily within the UK but it is marginally cheaper in the U.S so I think I will sit tight. I'm also considering a bottle of Becca Backlight Priming Filter if anyone has any thoughts or reviews on that?

4, Have you tried Milk Make Up yet? Gosh it is so good, I bought a few pieces during my last trip and really do wish I was a little braver, and splurged a little more. This time around I want to pick up the highlighters, including the Milk Holographic Stick and the Milk Make Up Matte Quad - I think it is for use on the whole face but I think it will become a great travel lipstick palette.

5, For some reason best known to Polyvore (yep that is how I make my collages) it wouldn't let me clip the full size bottle of Elizabeth and James Nirvana Bourbon Eau de Parfum. If I fall in love with the scent I might purchase both a large bottle and a travel roll-on but realistically that probably won't happen. Anyway as a huge fan of the original Elizabeth and James fragrances, the launch of something both spiked with Bourbon and vanilla will most likely be too much for me to pass up on...well I say that now, I do have to test it first.

6, I have already tried Masion Margiela Replica By the Fireplace and fell in love, the only reason I didn't purchase it back in July was because I determined it to be a cold weather fragrance - not something I would be reaching for in the depths of Summer. If you like warming, slightly smoky scents, you need to try this out.

7, I'm sure you've already seen Tarte Double Duty Beauty Shape Tape Contour Concealer everywhere? Apparently it is the best thing since sliced bread and I need to a tube of my own. At the moment, it is exclusive to Ulta but I am sure it will sneak into Sephora at some point...well I hope so anyway because the closest Ulta in New York is in Queens and I'm not sure I convince my Mum to venture that far ha!

8, You've most likely seen me harp on about my need to own a few Herbivore skincare items in the past? Well I've just learnt that Sephora is now a stockist. At the moment I don't know what I'll be purchasing but just know I will be coming home with a few pretty jars.

9 and 10, Since the two latest Sunday Riley launches are aimed at my skin type I have very kindly (read: I really want them) decided to both purchase them and report back on how they preform. I'm too kind really. Sunday Riley U.F.O is a clarifying Face Oil and Sunday Riley Martian is a gel based toner that both sounds and looks utterly hydrating. Watch this space.

What would you recommend I add to my basket?
