Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner Review

My entire childhood and teen years were spent in dance class, now I may no longer be able to offer you six different forms of the splits but along the way I did learn a few stage make up tips. Sure no one wants to hear about pan stick and how to contour, so even the back row of a packed crowd thinks you have killer cheekbones. I do however think we all have room in our lives and bags for a long wearing eye liner? What if I told you said eye liner costs a mere £2.50? Yeah now I have your attention, let me share why everyone should try Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner at least once.

Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner may not win any accolades in terms of packaging but it more than gets the job done. I enjoy felt tip style liners as I feel they are more forgiving when it comes to application, well compared to a gel liner at least. I however do not like typical felt pen liners as you need to press down, to release the product which minimises control. The Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner comes presented almost like an ink well, that way you can remove excess product with tissue and forgo adding unnecessary pressure to your eye lids. The small nib applicator allows you to create thick, thin and all that is in between sized lines with ease.

The reason Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner is a beauty classic, well as far as I'm concerned at least is not only due to how it preforms (more on that in a minute) but the intesnity of pigment. If you struggle to find a really black (or blue, or brown) liquid liner and dream of truly opaque pigmentation, this is the product for you. There is no need to apply several coats of Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner, one layer provides an intense black block of colour.

Is Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner perfect? No, it can flake a little but other than that I have no complaints. Sure it may become a little crispy around the 8 hour mark but that is only occasionally - I think it may have something to do with whatever foundation I'm wearing at the time? Other than that it stays put rain, shine, humidity and as mentioned even stage shows. I like that Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner dries instantly to a matte finish, so there is no transfer onto the eye lids nor bleeding/smudging when applying. As an added bonus Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner doesn't irritate my eyes, nor is it a nightmare to remove. There is now a waterproof version of Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner, I have yet to try it as I am so enamoured by the original formulation. Maybe for the sake of comparison I will one day?
