I've lost count to just how many products I've purchased, particularly oil based and body specific (sun screen anyone) that claim to be quick drying and weightless, only to be quick the opposite. There is nothing more annoying that applying a thick, sticky body oil to freshly cleansed skin only for it to not absorb. Original Source Quick Drying Moisturising Oil Spray is the opposite, a light yet deeply nourishing oil that nourishes, moisturises and leaves behind a slight, non-greasy nor tacky glow. It is a dream to apply thanks to the spray design; it provides a light misting action that allows you to tackle those pesky difficult to reach areas such as the back. As soon as it is applied to the skin it begins to sink in, meaning you can get dressed almost instantly without fear of it staining your clothes.
Rather annoyingly the brand don't state all that much about the ingredients other than the main oil base is Jojoba Oil - it soothes, softens and hydrates hence why it is great for using all over the body. Original Source also state that this is vegan and the beautiful fragrance is 100% natural - speaking of which this is incredible, bright and fruity. In my opinion it has a certain ring of summer to it - sweet and a little like watermelon sorbet. To smell it is to love it and more importantly the fragrance is just an added bonus - the oil itself if more than stellar.
Sadly I can not currently find this online but it was £6.99 via Boots, you can find other stockists here - link.
Sounds amazing - I saw this in store and I will definitely be going back to get one! :)
ReplyDeleteThis sounds great and I love how easy it is. I'll have to keep a look out when I next nip in to boots.

I really like the sound of this! I currently have a L'Occitane body oil on the go but they are too expensive to use all of the time, so I will definitely pick one of these up to try xx

I'd love to know more about what oils are in this but quick drying oils are such a lifesaver if you're short on time.

This sounds great. Something that I have been talking about recently over on my blog is skincare, so it is always interesting to read about other products that benefit your skin.

I was pondering to buy this but then went for their body lotion. I actually wish I would have choisen the oil as I prefer dry oils and the body lotion has not wowed me. Next time I will try this oil.
ReplyDeleteI love the sound of this and I definitely want to try it once I've managed to get through all the half used mositurisers/dry oils/body butters I have lying around my room! x
