New in at Origins 2015

With all the beautiful Origins gifts creeping online and into stores (some are Selfridges exclusives which includes the Origins tree ornaments) I'd imagine it will be pretty easy to spend £50+? Well if you do you will receive the rather stunning Nanette Lapore cosmetic bag for free. The bag is well sized and lined, I really did think it was a stand alone product rather than a gift with purchase when I received mine, it is that well made!

Origins Plantscription Anti-Ageing Power Eye Cream £36 will launch on the 26th of December
I am a little obsessed with eye creams so the launch of Origins Plantscription Anti-Ageing Power Eye Cream is right up my street. A light, almost serum like texture that has been infused with various plant extracts to hydrate, lift and firm the skin as well as minimising dark circles. Clever huh? I have only just began testing this but will comment on the fact the texture is so light and hydrating - yes it most likely is aimed at those 30+ but I do predict a lot of younger girls becoming a fan of this texture. I can't comment on the anti-ageing aspect but I rather enjoy the light and hydrating formulation which doesn't irritate my eyes. Expect a full review in a month or so...

Origins Make a Difference Overnight Hydrating Repair Cream £34.50 - link.
Those who loathe heavy night creams but want something nourishing, moisturising and most importantly repairing rejoice as Origins Make a Difference Overnight Hydrating Repair Cream could be the answer. "At night, skin loses more moisture and its barrier is more vulnerable. So we created an ultra-rich overnight cream fortified with Rose of Jericho plus Lychee, Watermelon and Rhodocrosite. It helps create a reservoir to help replenish surface moisture lost after dark. Plus our ultra-hydrating formula helps lock in surface moisture and support skin's natural night-time self-repair ability". Again I have only began trailing the Origins Make a Difference Overnight Hydrating Repair Cream but I will go out on a limb and say that I think this is a great night cream for oily skin and those who want to begin in the world of anti-ageing. The light, gel texture is perfect for skin types that are easily overwhelmed and yet I find it does leave my skin feeling plump and hydrated. I am rather enjoying this and will of course type up a full review in the coming weeks.

2015 is shaping up to be a rather exciting year in beauty launches!
