Lush Snowman Shower Jelly

The Lush Christmas collection only launched a couple of weeks ago and a good few of us were more than overjoyed. Along with Halloween the Christmas line up is what I look forward to most of all, immediately I purchased one of each of the festive shower gels (I skipped Rose Jam) and was rather pleased with my choices until I remembered that I had left behind a certain little guy. Yes Lush Snowman Shower Jelly to be exact!

Lush Snowman Shower Jelly

A snowman shaped shower product? Yes really - isn't that rather cool? I'm a sucker for novelty products so this is right up my street. Back in July when I first got to test out the Lush Snowman Shower Jelly I wasn't all that keen on the scent but after going back in store I can say the tide has changed. The wibby wobbly shower gel has been scented with buchu, bergamot, Sicilian lemon oil and carrot oil for a fruity explosion. It isn't worlds apart from Lush The Comforter scent - blackcurrant based and overall uplifting, making it perfect for a morning wake up call. Okay it isn't traditionally festive in fragrance aka spicy but I do think this scent will appeal to the masses, especially children (and children at heart!).

You can use any Lush Shower Jelly in a whole manner of ways, you can freeze it, chill it or use it straight from the tub - which is my preference. It is really slippery so do make sure you have a tight grip of it or you will be chasing it around in the shower which is more frustrating than amusing.I find the Shower Jellies to cleanse really well but they do not foam quite as much as a typical
shower gel but let's face it they are oodles more fun!
