I've been holding back on posting any sample boxes in the last few months as I feel the overall quality has went down. I do however have to make exception for the Glossybox and Harvey Nichols Collaboration as it is something rather special. At £30 this is a little more on the pricey side, the good news is that it is jam packed with top brands, products you will actually use and most likely have lusted after too! Without further ado here is what is inside...
Laura Mercier Foundation Primer (sample/30ml) - A great all round primer and one I use fairly regularly particularly in the Summer months. It basically does it all: creates an even canvas to apply make-up on top off, helps keep oil at bay and prolong make-up wear.
Dermalogica Overnight Repair Serum (sample/5ml) - A serum that is packed with Rose and Argan oils to increase luminosity and collagen. It can be added to moisturiser or used alone.
NARS Mini Satin Lip Pencil in Rikugien (sample/1.7g) - A beautiful dusky peach shade that should look great on just about everyone, a silky soft formula that glides on to the lips. I am a huge fan of the NARS Satin Lip Pencils so I am really happy to add this shade to my collection.
Rodial Bee Venom Moisturiser (sample/5ml) - Creamy yet light which is the type of textures I like as they work well with my oily skin. It quickly absorbs and does leave my skin feeling hydrated yet not overwhelmed. I am seriously considering purchasing a full sized version.
Benefit They’re Real Mascara (sample/30g) - Basically you either love or loathe this mascara, the majority swear by this but in all honesty it flakes, smudges and irritates my eyes but there is no denying it adds volume and length.
Macadamia - Macadamia Oil (sample/10ml) - A nourishing oil that does help to heal and repair damaged hair. Light but nourishing and can be mixed in with conditioner for a deep treatment - great for those like myself who enjoy regularly hair bleaching etc.
Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream (sample/15ml) - Another product I have used in the past, a richly moisturising face cream that is light weight yet contains technology not only to help hold off the years but also boost collagen.
La Coupe Intensive Hair Repair (40g sachet) - A deep conditioner that contains coconut, macadamia oil and soy to target damaged hair. It is also paraben free, I'm looking forward to putting this to the test tonight!
Harvey Nichols Mini Scented Candle in Bathing - There is four Harvey Nichols candles: bathing, dining, party and sleeping - each has been blended to create the perfect mood for each occasion. Bathing is a bright, almost citrus infusion which I would deem to be uplifting and perfect for a relaxing evening soak.
Show Beauty Dry Shampoo (full size) - I have yet to try this out but I can say it smells great, the bottle is pretty swish and really how wrong can you go with a dry shampoo?
O.P.I Nail Polish in Viking in a Vinter Vonderland (full size) - I am unsure if everyone will be getting the same shade or not but a full sized O.P.I polish is always welcomed in my book. O.P.I Nail Polish in Viking in a Vinter Vonderland is a deep royal purple shade - think Cadbury's Dairy Milk and you won't go far wrong. Perfect for the Autumn/Winter season that is for sure.
All products within the Glossybox and Harvey Nichols box can be purchased individually and in full size of course. The Glossybox and Harvey Nichols box will be available to order from the 17th of November here - link.
