I should really mention that neither the L'Oreal Perfect Match Concealer nor the L'Oreal Le Blush in Rosewood are all that new to the market but I have only recently discovered them for myself (a little less than a month ago). Both products were bought on a whim and have rarely left my make-up routine or bag since and the good news is that both are dupes of more expensive products too! Let me share why...
One of my favourite blushes ever is Benefit Dallas Boxed Blush, I rather enjoy that it is a cross between being a blush thanks to the slightly ruddy tones yet it could pass as a bronzer too. Nothing gives that natural sun kissed glow to the cheeks like it and I do rely on my box rather heavily. I have often said that I wished Benefit Dallas was a little redder in tone so that it was more Autumn friendly...enter L'Oreal Le Blush in Rosewood the answer to all my Autumnal blush woes. Rosewood is a lightly bronzed tinged dusky pink that has plenty of warmth thanks to the red undertones. It brightens the face, doesn't contain shimmer (great for all of us with enlarged pores and what not) and for that very reason it can also be used as a contouring blush. Genius! The formulation isn't half bad either - well pigmented, blends out wonderfully, super flattering and should suit most and is long wearing primer or not. The packaging is also not to be sniffed at - a neat little compact that not only features a brush (I rather like it for contouring) as well as mirror. If you like or have always wanted to try Benefit Dallas I urge you to give this a go! Find it here via Superdrug for £7.69 - link.
I think I need to frequent my local L'Oreal stand more often don't you?
Oh I love this blush, perfect shade for AW. I'm all about a bronzed shade or two :)

These products look great and your review has certainly made me want to go and buy them. L'oreal are easily my favourite drugstore brand, they have it with their face, eyes and lip products. Good choice of blush too, the swatch looks soooo pretty!:-)

That blush is so beautiful! I never really pay attention to the L’Oreal blushes, but I think I should take a look.
ReplyDeleteLove the sounds of that concealer! I've not tried Pro Longwear, purely due to the price, so this sounds like a great alternative!
