The Daily Beauty Report (22.10.14)

Here is what is happening in the beauty world at the moment...

The Gwen Stefani fragrances from back in the day will relaunch and if I am entirely honest I do think I will have to purchase at least one for old time sakes. A little part of me is sceptical and do expect that it is just the orignal scents repackaged despite the blurb saying other wise. "Harajuku Lovers by Gwen Stefani has announced the launch of Pop Electric, a new collection of fragrances. Manufactured by GS Fragrance Group and developed by Givaudan, the collection comprises five new scents, taking a different turn from the past fragrances which were first launched in 2005. The original fragrance packaging has been redesigned across: Love, a fruity floral scent featuring apple and pear, surrounded by jasmine, cashmere woods and creamy musks; Lil' Angel, featuring berries blended with candied violet and rose, laced with a lollipop accord and rich amber; G, a creamy modern gourmand featuring whipped coconut accord, enveloped in soft florals and musky woods; Music, which opens with crisp apples and crushed berries and unfolds into water floral, amberwood and musks; and Baby, featuring a baby soft musk accord which blends with florals and vanilla." These will launch late-October (The Perfume Shop exclusive) and then January 2015 (nationwide) and cost £14.95 (15ml), £24.95 (30ml) & £34.95 (50ml).
