Over in the US a new the Balm palette has launched - the Balm Nude Dude Eyeshadow Palette which is of course a follow up to the original the Balm Nude 'Tude palette. At a quick glance the Balm Nude Dude Eyeshadow Palette looks to warmer in tone overall and a little deeper over all. I imagine that once it fully launches it will quickly become a staple for many. I know neutral palettes are two a penny at the moment but it doesn't at all dampen my desire to own this one too!
The shade line up is as follows: Fearless, Flawless, Firm, Flirty, Friendly, Fierce, Fabulous, Faithful, Fit, Feisty, Funny and Fine. As you can see all the eyeshadow names begin with an "F" and the original featured all "S" shadows. Pretty cool huh?
I have no idea when this will launch in the UK but I imagine it will be sooner rather than later. At the moment it is exclusive to the American department store Khols and comes with a full sized the Balm Body Builder mascara for $39 - link.
What do you think?
One nude palette too many or are you a huge neutral eyeshadow fan?
I love the quality of the Balm's eyeshadows and I have their Nude tude palette - sadly this new one looks too warmed toned for me but I do love that the Balm are being as cheeky as ever with their products :) xx

I feel that most girls prefer nudes over vibrant eye shades.

Gorgeous looking palette but the pans are just so tiny that I just cannot justify paying that price.

I think the original is stunning but this one is much more wearable and I don't think there is a shade here I wouldn't use. I love the Balm's quirky packaging and I say there is no such thing as too many neutral palettes (maybe).

Without seeing the swatches I would say that it doesn't look like anything new on the Nude market. I'll probably pass.

You know the saying coined by Wallis Simpson, that 'you can never be too rich or too thin'? Let's add to that...you can never have too many eye shadow palettes!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for this to be released in the UK, I love the first one!

This looks stunning! The bottom shades on the left are what I really look for in an eyeshadow palette as I find it hard to do my makeup without them so when I get the chance I will for sure be picking this up!

ReplyDeletethis palette is much better than the last one i think. the colours are much nicer and the whole look of the palette is nicer, and the added le balm humour gives it that fab personality . definitely will be purchasing this when its in the uk!
