The Body Shop New Hand Cream Collection

What is your favourite Body Shop fragrance?
If we aren't counting the limited edition scents (Early Harvest Raspberry has a special place in my heart) then I am a Mango girl until the bitter end.
Have a quick think of all the wonderful bath and body products The Body Shop's fruity line up offer and what is missing? Stand alone hand creams, well not any more...

The Body Shop New Hand Cream Collection

On the 13th of August The Body Shop will launch seven (yes seven!) new hand creams all of which link into The Body Shop's core bath and body collection. For curious minds the full scent line up is as follows: Coconut, Honeymania, Moringa, Pink Grapefruit, Satsuma, Shea and Strawberry. Kinda hilarous that Mango is missing from the line up after me declaring it my favourite but not to worry the Shea scent is a close second favourite. Hopefully over the year we will see Chocomania, Mango and Cocoa Butter added to the line up with perhaps a few limited edition offerings? I guess we will just have to wait and see!

Each tube is 30ml, perfect handbag size and will cost a mere £3.50 each. The packaging reminds me a little of the infamous L'Occitaine handcreams but are less prone to being bashed as they are not made of foil. I have tried out both of the scents I was sent and can report that they are scented but not overly so i.e if eating with your hands you won't taste it. The light gel like cream absorbs instantly into the skin and doesn't feel greasy nor heavy. Each handcream is a blend of Community Fair Trade Shea Butter and a moisture rich ingredient exclusive to each scent i.e Strawberry contains real cold-pressed strawberry seed oil.

Look out for The Body Shop New Hand Cream Collection hitting the shelves (in-store and online) on the 13th of August.
