Burt's Bees Almond and Milk Hand Cream

Whenever I use a Burt's Bees product I inwardly chuckle and think of the sitcom Raising Hope.
One of the main characters is called Burt and he cracks me up, if you don't already watch it man have you missed out - it's now been cancelled and this pains me deeply. Anyway...

Burt's Bees Almond and Milk Hand Cream

Burt's Bees Almond and Milk Hand Cream has not left my bed stand in the last month or so simply because it smells delicious (like marzipan, I have a strange affinity for anything almond scented or flavoured) but is one of the thickest hand creams I own. My hands recently seem to have rebelled against my usual routine, I say routine when all I really do to keep them some what moisturised is rub in any left over face cream morning and night. You judge when secretly you too do it. A few weeks ago I noticed that my hands which are normally baby soft (they've never seen a hard day's graft in their life) looked and felt rough not to mention a little red. I don't truthfully own or purchase many handcreams if ever so I did have to wade through my stash until I found Burt's Bees Almond and Milk Hand Cream.

Inside the sweetest vintage inspired jar is the thick, luxurious wonder that is Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Cream. A quick scour of the ingredients reveals that the formula contains aloe, beeswax, almond oil, and vitamin E. The almond oil and beeswax are two natural moisturisers so it will come of little surprise when I say that this handcream does soothe and somewhat heal cracked and chaffed skin making it perfect for those who are hard on their hands. As you may know vitamin E is great for warding of signs of ageing and aloe soothes the skin. I warn you now, a little of this moisturiser goes a long way but if instant and intense hydration is what your hands crave then look no further. I have also found the Burt's Bees Almond and Milk Hand Cream to be perfect for the feet or any other stubborn dry skin area i.e elbows and knees.
