Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh EDT

Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh was a mistake. A happy mistake but a mistake none the less.
I originally meant to select the original Marc Jacobs Daisy fragrance but somehow selected the fresh edition not that I am complaining as it is beautiful and perfect for Spring.

In my mind the original Marc Jacobs Daisy EDT is heavy on the violet notes and reminds me of parma violets - I realise that may not sound appealing to everyone but it really is a beautiful floral scent to add to your collection. Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh is different, very different - for one it is much lighter and doesn't feature violet quite so heavily. The Eau So Fresh edition is fresh and fruity and you can definitely detect the juicy notes of apple blossom, raspberry and pear. The floral notes are supplied via hints of rose and violet but in my opinion this is a fruity fragrance - the floral notes just prevent the fragrance from being sickly sweet. In my opinion this version is more akin with the sunshine version of Daisy that launched last summer.

If you enjoy light, every day fruity fragrances then you really must try this out at your local counter and unlike the seasonal Delight/Sunshine editions that launch each Summer this is permanent.
