Beauty Product to Get Excited About

Gosh it has been a while since I composed a post of this type but truthfully it has been a while since I have been excited about a good few beauty products within the same time period.
So without further ado let's crack on...

1, Lush Christmas has literally just launched in stores and online as of yesterday and I for one can not wait to get my hands on a huge bottle of Lush Snow Fairy and the matching massage bar. I plan on using the massage bar to scent my home by melting it in a wax tart burner...bliss. The other product I must have is Lush's Santa's Lip scrub which is Cola flavoured this year, yum!
You can find Lush Christmas here -link.

2, I posted about the new Maybelline Matte Color Tattoo's which are already available within the US as of last week. Rumour has it they will launch in the UK this 2014! Fingers crossed as they are easily one of my favourite cream shadow formulas ever and the matte shades look like they would be great dupes for some of MAC's well loved Paint Pots.

3, NYX (which is making its way into some NEXT stores as of next week) have just launched a product that looks set to rival Revlon's Lip Butters. NYX Lip Balms are said to offer not only glossy colour but also a quick dose of moisture while being budget friendly. I certainly will be on the look out for them in the coming weeks and will admit that it over joys me that NYX is becoming more accessible for us Brits!

4, I like to cater to all my readers not just my fellow Brits and word has it that Tarte are set to launch four new shades of their infamous blush formula albeit in mini form. For Christmas 2013 there will be a blush kit  dubbed the Tarte Treasured Amazonian Clay Blush Set that contains four mini but brand new shades.
Gah I really wish Tarte would hurry up and come to the UK already!

5, NARS have just launched a collection of cream eyeshadows - I say cream the formula is gel based and said to be both silky and highly pigmented. I am keen to see if they can live up to the many other cream based eyeshadows as in the past I haven't quite been convinced by NARS no powder eyeshadow formulations. Much like a cat curiosity has got the better of me and I did order one shade today to see how it fairs so stay tuned.
NARS Paints are exclusive to Selfridges for the time being - link.

6, Illamasqua have taken a leaf out of MAC's Book and will be launching a mini collection this coming Monday all of which has been created by beauty bloggers - Illasmasqua Creators Collection. How cool is that? The answer is very, for more information, swatches etc please see Jane's post here - link.

7, Another product for my North American readers is the arrival of Cover Girl's Smoochie Lip Glosses,
truthfully I saw the lipstick version of this product while in the US and was not at all enamoured.
The shades were rather bizarre and frosty but on the plus side they do smell great.

8, Urban Decay fans rejoice as newly launched in the Vice 2 Palette - I own the original and have to say that there is not a week that goes past that I don't reach for some reason or other. All of the shades in Vice 2 are exclusive to said palette and new not to mention they will be amazingly formulated with a soft texture and great colour pay off. Santa baby are you reading?
