John Frieda Repairing Oil Elixir

John Frieda is a brand that I came to know as a teen due to their infamous "Frizz Ease" but there is so many other strings to the Frieda brand and if like myself you have dry/damaged hair you may want to add their full repair oil elixir to your shopping list.

John Frieda Repairing Oil Elixir is essentially another deep conditioning hair oil much like all the Moroccan and Argan Oil off shots but before you yawn and click close this little bottle of golden oil is worth a few more minutes of your time. For one it is jam packed with hair conditioning ingredients that you would be hard pushed to find in other high street hair oil offerings such as high levels of Omega 3, in fact 47 times more than you would find in Argan Oil itself, so this hair oil can't half pack a hydrating punch which is very much needed after a summer of sun bathing! It can help to reduce breakage, seal the hairs cuticle giving the impression of smoother and healthier hair not to mention it can be used on both wet and dry hair....winner!

A little goes a long, long way particularly if you are using it on dry hair, luckily as the oil is dispensed via a pump it is a little easier to control just how much you apply. My tip is to desperse a little on to the hands and then run through the ends the hair that way you won't ever over apply by accident - unless it is at the beach, in the case I recommend applying more than usual. It really doesn't matter how you decide to use the oil wet or dry the end result tends to be softer, more manageable hair that looks healthier, feels silken and hair is not weighed down nor is it left looking greasy or feeling sticky for that matter. For those who are not a fan of hair oils you can of course use this as pre-shampoo treatment so you have all the benefits of the conditioning oil without worrying about over applying. If you feel like your hair has seen better days and/or is looking damaged I can't recommend trying out John Frieda Full Repair Repairing Oil Elixir!
