It probably comes of little surprise that I adore fragrances and have quite a collection, I like to chop and change depending on both my mood and the weather.
Today I want to share some of my favourite light and often fruity picks for summer 2013.

Thierry Mugler Alien Aqua Chic 2013 EDT
As most will know I am a huge Thierry Mugler Alien fan and own at least 6 bottles of the scent most of which are limited edition. This summer sees the launch of Alien Aqua Chic 2013 which is best described as an utterly refreshing with notes of orange blossom that has been combined with notes of lemon blossom and pink grapefruit for fresh, sparkling and uplifting fragrance. One spritz and you'll be hooked!

DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom Art EDT
Another staple fragrance range within my collection is the DKNY Be Delicious line come the warmer weather I love nothing more than spritzing on one of the apple based scents. DKNY Fresh Blossom Art is a new spin on the original DKNY Be Delicious Fresh Blossom complete with Keith Harring Art work. The new fruity notes really perk up what I deemed a flat floral scent in the past. If you like fruity yet non-tart fragrances I urge you to try out DKNY Fresh Blossom Art. I need to pick up the other Art additions ASAP!

See by Chloé Eau de Parfum
Not only is the newest Chloé scent presented within the cutest bird cage bottle but is as an addictive fragrance that awakens the senses with notes of Jasmine, Sandalwood and Vanilla I have to agree. This is one for those that are a fan of light, lingering floral scents.

Escada Cherry in the Air EDT
I am a huge fan of Escada's scent offering most notably Rockin' Rio if you have yet to try it I urge you to do so, I'm really hoping that Glasgow Airport has the 100ml bottle in Duty Free as it has been on my wish list for quite some time now. Another Escada scent I have a weakness for is Escada Cherry in the Air. This new and limited edition fragrance is light, fresh and somehow fruity without being over bearing or sweet. It is comforting and the perfect everyday summer scent.

Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy EDP
I'd be lying if I said I only wear this in the summer - for me Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy is suitable for all year round. Out of the five scents I have featured this is the strongest and perhaps more suited to night wear come the warmer weather but one thing I do know is that this beautiful, light fresh and fruity at it's core floral offering never fails to get a compliment or two.
