Glossybox June 2013

I've had this months Glossybox for a few days now and as I have seen a few reviews pop up on my dashboard I thought now would be a fitting time to share my thoughts.
Truthfully I'm not all that impressed with this months offering and can truly only say I like one product which is a little disappointing all things considered.

Anyway on to what was inside...

Glossybox June 2013

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse OR
This is the product that I enjoyed, a shimmering dry oil that can be used on the body or hair to add extra moisture all the while adding a beautiful golden glow to the skin that is not glittery or over the top.
Although £34 for 100mls I am tempted to purchase this in full size for beautiful shimmering limbs all summer long.

Helen E Cosmetics Shimmering Eye Powder
I'm afraid I refuse to use or review any Helen E products as I worked for them in the past and had less than a enjoyable experience. Bitter me, never haha!

Glossybox June 2013

Figs & Rouge Coco Rose Lip Balm
As a brand I really enjoy Figs & Rouge products but sadly I am allergic to cocoa butter which this lip balm contains and with my lips being in an already dire state I sadly can not risk testing this out. I did however pass this on to my sister who said this balm is hydrating, smells utterly divine and she rather enjoyed the light tint it provided on the lips.

Monu Hydrating Moisturiser
A nice enough moisturiser that smells delightfully fresh but I did find it a little too heavy for my oily skin but I do have to give kudos for the added SPF15.  Although not really suited to my needs there is no denying that the 30ml sample (full size is 50ml) is rather generous and great for a travel bag.

Mememe Long Lasting Nail Gloss in Alluring
I am a fan of Mememe nail polishes and the brand in general but this shade isn't really too my taste nor does it suit my complexion. I think with this cafe au lait shade you either have to be pale or have a deep skin tone for it to be flattering but on my mid tone golden skin this looks a little bizarre. A nice enough formula though.

So there you have it that was what my Glossybox contained this month.
