Yesterday I bought a cute little cat make-up bag from Primark which was an utter snip at £3 ( I have checked to see if ASOS stock it but I'm afraid this is one you'll have to pop in store for) and spent the evening de-cluttering my usual make-up bag then squishing everything into this feline pouch. Being the nosy creature that I am I rather enjoy seeing what is in other people's bag and make-up bags for that matter so I thought I'd share my everyday essentials.
If my bag was bigger it would contain more so perhaps purchasing a smaller make-up bag is the way forward?
Face Products:
Estee Lauder Invisible Make-Up Pressed Powder - Being rather oily skinned I can not leave home without a powder of some type and although I do prefer loose powders for mopping up excess sebum and leaving my skin shine free they simply do not travel well. Estee Lauder Invisible Make-Up Pressed Powder is light on the skin and rids me of any shiny areas without being too matte - I actually prefer this to Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Powder!
Maybelline The Eraser Concealer - Truthfully I don't really use this all that much when out and about but I still lug it around as a security blanket of sorts. I tend to use this to freshen up my under eye area but like I said that doesn't happen all that often.
Khloe's Kardazzle Palette - This is another what if or just in case products that seldom gets dug out the bag once I left the house. As most will know I am a huge fan of neutral make-up and this tiny little kit not only contains 8 eyeshadows but also a blush, bronzer and highlighter - pretty much all you need is a lip product and you are good to go.
Superdry Mirror - Y'know because a lot like Honey Boo Boo I enjoy admiring myself from time to time haha!
Lips:
Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Lipgloss - It bewilders me slightly that this is deemed a lip gloss when in fact it is just a squeeze tube of eight hour cream. Basically this is my lip balm on the go nothing more, nothing less.
MAC Angel Lipstick - This is my go to pink lipstick, yes it can be a little stark if you are medium toned like myself but I tend to lightly apply it but dotting it on rather than slicking it straight from the tube. If I could only wear one shade of lipstick for the rest of my life this is the shade I would choose in a heartbeat.
NARS Isola Bella Satin Lip Pencil - I always have a coral lip product to hand and it just so happens that at the moment my go to is Isola Bella by Nars. I do find this to be a little drying but I can rely on it for prolonged wear.
Clarins Instant Light Lip Perfector in Nude - Every make-up bag should have a nude lip product and this is mine. This not only gives the lips a light nude tint but moisturises and nourishes in one quick step. A great product to have when you are in a rush as it literally goes with everything.
Eyes:
Chanel Emmerveille Illusion D'Ombre Eyeshadow - I quite literally wear this on a daily basis either as a base or as a light shimmering all over wash of colour. I do find the Chanel formula to be really long lasting and crease proof but on occasion it has began to slip a little so I carry this around in-case I need to freshen the colour slightly.
By Terry Ombre Blackstar in Bronze Moon - Sometimes I don't bother with eyeshadow for day wear and just apply a few coats of mascara for that reason I always have By Terry Ombre Blackstar in Bronze Moon in my make-up bag so that if needs be I can quickly create a bronze smoky eye.
FM Make-Up Autmatic Brow Pencil in Auburn - I have no idea where this came from but I found it brand new in its box while tidying up a few days ago. As some may know I am converted to the power of a good eyebrow shaping and grooming for that matter and until my new Browzing's kit arrives this has been a great colour match for my brows.
Misc:
Weleda Citrus Deodorant - I'm allergic to most deodorants but this sparkling citrus scented spray is one of very few that does not irritate my skin that and it doubles up as a body spray should needs be.
Brushes - A Chanel Blush/Powder brush and a Crown Deluxe Crease Brush pretty much self explanatory but I will level and say that I almost never use the eye brush.
John Frieda Touch-Up Flyaway Tamer - I adore this mascara type hair serum, a quick sweep and frizz and/or fly away hairs are tamed great to also keep an up do groomed too!
Do we share any everyday essentials?
Random Fact - Owls are one of the only birds who can see the color blue!

That bag is so cute. My essentials are a no 7 concealer to nude out my lips and for the odd spot. A mac lingering brow pencil as my brows are non exsistant and if i accidently rubbed abit of this off my brow whilst out and about id be f...ed. A little bit of reverse psychology I like it. I may have to invest in a smaller make up bag for my heavy purse. c;
