Jouer Creme Eyeshadow Crayon in Avant Garde

I loathe bright blue eyeshadow but show me a deep metallic navy hue and I am all over it like a tramp on chips (no more Geordie Shore for me). Jouer is a brand that has many a beauty blogger in a flutter over its truly wonderful releases and the Jouer Cream Eyeshadow Crayons are no exception.

The packaging of the Jouer Cream Eyeshadow Crayons are pretty typical of most eyeshadow sticks - they are slim with a twist up mechanism in the base for easy peasy application on the go. Also with the twist up function you never need to worry about sharpening or waste for that matter. Other than that the packaging is very typical of Jouer and a great travel companion due to the size and weight of the eye crayon.

Like I said above I am a little gaga for navy blue eyeshadow particularly if it has a metallic finish. I know some will be reading this slightly aghast but trust me navy when pared with lots of black eye make-up makes the perfect smoky eye...try it for yourself and I bet you will also be a fan. Anyway Jouer Creme Eyeshadow Crayon in Avant Garde is of course a deep navy blue with a metallic finish that may not be the most ideal shade for day wear but come night it will add a little va va voom to any make-up look.
Jouer Avant Garde has all the beauty and impact of a starry night...look at me getting all deep.

Jouer Creme Eyeshadow Crayons promise to deliver high levels of pigmentation as well as boasting a crease free formula. I have agree that the Jouer Creme Eyeshadow Crayons offer intense colour pay off, one quick swipe is all it takes for full on pigment and as the formula is creamy it blends out with ease and can be dabbed on for a sheerer look if so desired. Due to this being a crayon like product I find that you can use the Jouer Creme Eyeshadow Crayons in the same way you would a typical eyeliner. As many will know I do suffer from oily skin and oily eyelids as a result so I was keen to see just how long wearing and crease free this would turn out to be and between you and me I am impressed! Without a primer the Jouer Creme Eyeshadow Crayon formula clung to my lids and did not budge for close to 6 hours, with a primer it was a case of when I wanted to remove the shade and not before.

If you are looking for a fuss free, long wearing, smudge and crease proof cream eyeshadow product then the Jouer Creme Eyeshadow Crayons should be your next port of call.
