Badger Certified Organic Sleep Balm

I've posted countless and I mean countless reviews featuring sleep inducing products from sprays to balms to candles, yup I have pretty much covered them all. Yet the one thing or question if you will that pops up endlessly is that they all sound great but what if you hate the scent of Lavender? Well Badger Certified Organic Sleep Balm is the answer to all that if  loathe the powdery notes that come with the lavender fragrance territory this is for you.

Badger Certified Organic Sleep Balm

Much like any other sleep inducing balm you apply Badger Sleep Balm to the temples and if you so wish the pulse points, allow the heat of your body to melt the balm and release the natural scent of Lavender and Bergamot. Yes it does include Lavender as most sleep or relaxing products do but unlike others the Lavender fragrance is very subtle. As odd as this may sound the general scent of Badger Sleep Balm is almost fruity. That's right fruity...don't ask me how or why but it is neither heavy in the Lavender nor Bergamot notes and is a lovely steep away from the norm.

I'm guessing the most important factor scent aside is if Badger Sleep Balm works? Well yes and no. It does help me to relax and I do rather enjoy massaging the balm into my temples but it won't switch you off like a light but then again what does? If you are looking for something that isn't soaked in Lavender but will help you to wind down naturally then you could do a lot worse and the handy little tin is great for travel which is when I struggle to sleep the most. So no this won't make you sleepy or drowsy for that matter but it will help to relax and calm which is a great addition to any bed time.
