Butter London Summer Holiday Collection Image

I am a huge fan of Butter London polishes and own a good few now - from the quirky shades, tongue in-cheek naming system and faultless application what is not to like?
With twitter reports of snow in London I thought i'd warm us all up a little with a new summery collection of bronze hues from Butter London in the form of their Summer Holiday Collection 2013.

The shades and textures have been inspired by Spain and really couldn't be more fitting for packing alongside with your bikini for a week or two in the sun. The summer hues are as follows:

  • Bit Faker - A full coverage bronze glitter that was inspired by the tan from a can.
  • Sun Baker -This rust orange shimmer is named for a sun slave whose skin had taken an odd and unnatural tone.
  • Champers - This rose gold shimmer is Brit slang for champagne; pop a bottle in the hamper for a toast on the beach-or anywhere else.
  • Poole - A robin’s egg blue crème inspired by this seaside resort town in high summer.
  • Marbs - This unique yellow-gold stunner was named for the city of Marbella on the Mediterranean.
  • Bobby Dazzler - Look fit and rock your fancy in this opaque silver chrome.
It's hard to settle on a favourite but for me it has to be Bit Faker, with a golden tan I think this would be truly beautiful and as it is a deep bronze glitter I could dig it out again come the festive period. That my friends is lady logic and I have just sold myself said polish on the spot haha!
