Newly launching this month is four new limited edition Revlon Lip Butter shades as part of their Spring/Summer collection for 2013.
The four new and limited edition shades of the Revlon Lip Butters are : Wild Watermelon, Juicy Papaya, Sorbet and Pink Lemonade.
I was lucky enough to find (by accident I am assuming) three out of the four of the new shades but desperately want Pink Lemonade and will not rest until it is in my sweaty little palm.
If that is not enough excitement for one day three previously US exclusive shades will be joining the lip butter line up permanently this month too: Red Velvet, Brown Sugar and Sugar Plum.

Revlon Wild Watermelon is the perfect summer red in my opinion - a bright red that is warm in tone yet still veers slightly yellow and has a strong pinky undertone. It is the epitome of the shade watermelon and a really easy red tone to wear, perfect for all those like myself who tend to steer away from anything to full on.
If you enjoy red shades or are looking to inject a little colour into your routine then I highly recommend purchasing Revlon's Wild Watermelon Lip Butter for a sheer but juicy wash of colour.

I will level with you all and say that I have not yet fully wear tested the new shades but as the formula is identical to all the other shades (Peach Parfait aside) it doesn't take a genius to figure how that Wild Watermelon will behave in a similar manner.
Generally speaking the Revlon Lip Butters are well pigmented and glide on very much like a traditional lip balm. Yet they offer superior colour pay off in comparison to a standard tinted lip balm.
Each shade gives a semi-opaque coverage of colour with a light glossy finish,
they are very moisturising and comfortable to wear and should you wish you can build the colour up in layers. I liken these a little to Mac Cremesheen lipsticks as they feel and wear very similar on my lips,
obviously each one of us will have different results but this is what they remind me of.The Revlon Lip Butters have a very mild typical lipstick scent but nothing noticeable when worn.
I found these to wear around 2-3 hours some shades wore longer than others
but they are not exactly long lasting, all in all a wonderful formula for the warmer months.

Revlon Lip Butter in Wild Watermelon has yet to launch but will do this month (no exact date as of yet)
but I would check out all your local Revlon counters as that is where I found mine.
