Continuing with all things fresh and summer based I have the light and clean scent offering by Thierry Mugler in the form of Alien Aqua Chic Eau de Toilette.
As some may be aware each summer Theirry Mugler's scent house releases a summer edition of their signature scents namely Alien and Angel but on occasion Womanity does get a summer make over too.
This year the UK we have newly bottled lighter and fresher versions of Alien and Angel (Womanity Aqua Chic 2013 will be available outwith the UK) each presented in the most divine lilac and silver gradient bottles.

For 2013 we have new Aqua Chic editions to collect and unlike past versions 2013 smell so different from the original scents that I deem them a must have.
Alien Aqua Chic 2013 is utterly refreshing with notes of orange blossom that has been combined with notes of lemon blossom and pink grapefruit for fresh, sparkling and uplifting fragrance.
Of course you can detect the slight familiarity of the original Alien scent but in my opinion this is one for fruity fans, the pink grapefruit notes are the most prevalent but it is not at all sickly sweet and I can see it being a great scent for the warmer days.

In my mind this smells pretty similar to the old Alien Sunessence fragrances so fans of that version may also want to check this out.
Even if you are not a fan of Alien or Angel I do recommend testing both scents in store as this is the first year in a long while that neither smell all that alike to the original counterparts.
