This week I am digging out all my intensive products and giving myself the mother of all pampering sessions.
I'm hoping the brighter days that Glasgow has been experiencing recently is a sign that Spring is on its way
and unlike last year I want to be ready for the milder days and dare I whisper it the sunshine!

At the moment I can not get enough of Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner I use it every second day
with a deep conditioning mask once a week. I find that the combination is slowly but surely repairing any damage, leaving my hair feeling silky soft and any knots to disperse that bit easier.
I urge you to pick up a bottle next time you are in your local Boots or supermarket and let it work its magic on your dry, winter beaten hair.

After showering I have been fairly vigilant with my body moisturising routine and I do have Clarins Moisture Rich Body Lotion to thank. Admittedly this is not cheap at £30 a bottle but it really does all it says on the tin and more. I find it to deeply nourish and moisturise my skin, to quickly absorb into the skin and make a fool of any dry areas on the body - even pesky parts such as the elbows, knees and feet.
Speaking of feet (eww I know) but pop a quick layer of this on your tootsies, pair with cotton socks and sleep with it on overnight and you will awaken to silky soft feet...a great quick fix for when sandal season is upon us all!

Origins Clear Improvement Face Mask is a Sunday night staple for me, I have gotten to the point that
I feel wrong if I haven't slapped this thick grey concoction all over my mug.
By now we all know the drill Origins Clear Improvement Mask is a must have for anyone who suffers from clogged, enlarged pores or blackheads, it efficiently brings any dirt, grime and oil to the surface to leave clearer, brighter skin. My pores do look smaller but wither they have shrunk or just look smaller because they have been flushed out is debatable but overall my skin has improved ten fold and that is all that matters.

Every beauty product has its perfect partner - a crime or grime fighting duo if you will and for busting enlarged pores I find that you really can't go to wrong with a combination of Origins Clear Improvement Face Mask and Biore Pore Strips. The most stubborn blocked pores I have are located on my nose and much like the face mask I don't feel right if I don't whack on at least one pore strip a week to un-clog any trapped oil or dirt. I'd be lying if I didn't say I enjoy looking at the aftermath...perhaps a little too much.

Now it may come as a surprise to some that I have included Lush's Lemony Flutter Cuticle Balm given I am not a huge fan but after my rant a few lovely readers pointed out that if you mix if with brown sugar it makes an effective hand and foot scrub and oh my goodness it really does.
If you have stubborn dry skin a quick scoop of Lush Lemony Flutter with brown sugar really will buff it into oblivion. I may not have been a fan of this butter in its original form but as a super moisturising body scrub I am sold! Thank you to everyone that recommend the tip.

To create a little ambiance and to ease my guilt of purchasing another Dipytque candle I am filling my home with the warm, fruity notes of Diptyque Figuier...I really need to find out if there is an Eau de Parfum available in this scent?

Have a lovely Sunday everyone!
