When it comes to white nail polish I tend to run a mile in the opposite direction
(well that's stretching the truth considering I've never ran close to a mile in my life),
white is one of those hues that looks brilliant on everyone else's nails bar my own.
I forever look like the bored child who has tippex'd (white out) their nails in sheer boredom at the back of
the class room rather than rocking a chic all white manicure.
For those like myself who fear white nail polish let me show you the cutest milky milky polish this side of fun
that will see you through Spring and maybe, just maybe change how you view white polish forever!
China Glaze's It's A Trap-eze from the Cirque Du Soleil Collection is of course inspired by the circus
and all things whimsical but to me all I can see is Tutti-Frutti ice-cream.
It's A Trap-eze is a white base with a medley of various shades and sizes of glitter that works best over a quick layer of white polish to save bulking up on layers which are time consuming.
The white base coat will brighten the overall effect so if you prefer something muted then I guess you
will have to patiently wait out the drying time between layers of polish...not something I excel at.
As It's A Trap-eze isn't a typically bling bling all in your face type of glitter polish it is perfect
for taking those first steps into spring colours without totally leaving behind the fun of the festive period.
I'm sure we can all agree that this is one of the most fun shades to appear in the beauty world in a long while!
China Glaze It's A Trap-eze £5.77/14ml via eBay - link
This is really different which is what I think I like about it! I can imagine it looks really nice in Summer!
