I've had a few emails asking for some gift ideas that are low in price but desirable for most ages,
while frittering around in Boots this sweet little quad of Ice Cream inspired lip balms for £5
(also part of the 3 for 2) and snapped up a few for stocking stuffers for friends and family.

For £5 you get four dinky little tubs of lip balm in the following flavours: Strawberry Sundae, Hot Fudge Sundae, Mint Choc Chip and Very Cherry.
As you can probably imagine the fragrances are pretty sugary and sweet but as they are fairly meek
they are un-offending to the lips and I do find the scents to add to the novelty factor.
The balm itself is nothing special, they lightly hydrate and add a little sheen to the lips
but they are not petroleum based which should please most.
