Blue nail polish isn't something I sport regularly but when I saw Bleu Fableux
staring back at me while shopping in Superdrug I knew I had to own it,
that and it would give me a chance to test out the So Laque formula
which I have only heard wonderful things about ( I was going to type fabulous but spared you
the lame joke...don't say i'm not good to you all haha!)

Bleu Fabuleux is what I would personally deem as an almost neon cornflower blue,
yes it is blue but it is almost blindingly bright with a strong lilac undertone.
Truthfully it is one of those shades you have to see in person to truly appreciate
just how pretty the tone is as photos seem to alter the shade quite vastly.
The only other shade I have encountered which is similar is by Miss Sporty
and is called Clubbing Blue but truthfully the formula is sub par compared to this polish.

As I mentioned earlier the So Laque formula seems to be one that is held in high esteem
throughout the bloggersphere and I can truly see why now I have tested it out.
It applies like a dream, two light coats and you have glossy fully opaque nails
which in my opinion allow you to skip a glossy top coat, they also dry in next to no time.
The brush is also wonderful, the handle is shaped so that it is easy to grip,
the brush is long with a fan like head that easily coats the nail.

I don't normally comment on the wear of polishes as I don't wear them long enough to
give an acurate time frame and I do feel polishes wear differently on all of us due
to application methods etc but I did wear this on holiday and got 5 full days of wear
before tip wear set in.
So it did fall a little flat of the 7 day claim but in all fairness I did skip a top coat
and 5 days is still pretty good going in my opinion.
