I thought I'd share what I bought while on my travels in Palma, Spain
as you can see (and probably know by now) that self control is not my strong suit!
I bought no less than 6 perfumes, 30 nail polishes (7 of which are Essie) and quite a collection of cosmetics.
Truthfully I do not recall Spain ever being so cheap before but I guess that all has to do with how weak
the euro currently is?
Either that or last time I shopped in all the wrong places ;)
Anyway i'm glad to be back and can not wait to get cracking on with all my new purchases!
I hope you are all well and having a fabulous Sunday thus far?
I am so jealous right now ....
ReplyDeleteHaha don't be :)
DeleteThis looks incredible........ xo

DeleteI am very jealous right now, I can definitely tell you had a lovely time though. ;)

I really did :)
DeleteWow, what a haul! x
ReplyDeleteHaha thanks Holly :)
DeleteI'm in love with the rockin rio escada perfume! X
ReplyDeleteMe too :) I buy it annually, i'm a little sad that where I was only had the 30ml size though :(
DeleteYou mention how you must have shopped in the wrong places.... please share what the right places are!! (Im going to Spain to visit my family at the end of the year). Corte Ingles a good place to start? I find it hilarious that you could not decide on one of the ralph lauren fragrances and went for the lot haha!

Yes Corte Ingles and browse local chemists/pharmacies and random beauty shops...even if outside they are advertising Kappa aftershave :|. Haha I don't reget buying all four as they are amazing ;)
DeleteAlso see the comment below from Macca she lists great places to try :)
DeleteI can't wait for your reviews! Especially for the Essence tinted moisturizer
ReplyDeleteThank you :) that will be coming up soon as I wore it quite a bit on holiday :)
DeleteWhere did you find the Essie nail polish in Spain? Really want to buy some! x
ReplyDeleteIt was a green and yellow perfume store (a chain store like we have in the UK - the perfume store etc), I'll try and find a receipt or bag and let you know :)
DeleteYou can find it in "IF perfumerias" !!
DeleteHaha, this reminds me my travels this summer :)
ReplyDeleteI also brought home a lot of Essence and Catrice polishes and both Catrice Revolutionaire palettes. I wonder, which one did you get? I bet, it's the one with light green eyeshadow in it. Is it? :P
Haha glad you are a fellow beauty junkie ;)
DeleteNo sadly all of those ones either had chips, missing shades or had been tested yuck! I got the one with the bright coral shade :) so sad that I couldn't source the matching blush though!
Yup, I'm a beauty junkie to that extent that I choose my holiday destinations according to the beauty shops in the destination :o
DeleteSo sad you didn't get the green palette! Would have gone well with your colouring I think. The coral one is equally beautiful, though.
I am still angry with myself that I didn't buy the blush, but I've found out it's quite easy to get one from German or French eBay! The same goes for the green palette!
Wow, your purchases look amazing! I'm so jealous!

El Corte Inglés is an expensive place, but they have Essie polishes, then we have Beautik shops where you can find Catrice, Essence, NYX, Ecotools, etc etc, and then in Chinese shops they have a lot of polishes very cheap and nice. I like to shop than thing where I live in Tenerife.
ReplyDeleteI never stumbled across any NYX sadly but I will definitely keep an eye out in October :) thanks for the tips!
Deleteomg can we vote for the stuff we want to see reviewed first? my preferences are:
ReplyDelete- the green nail polish from essie
- the essence which looks like gold coins
- the dark burgundy from essence with the glitter in it
- the genie in the bottle which looks like peridot
- the peachy nude lipstick from essie
omg i love everything xx
