Superdrug
have recently launched a small range of new facial masks and at 99p each I
couldn’t resist picking up a few for a little skin treat!
To get me
in the holiday mood I purchased the Tropical Cocktail Peel-Off mask…doesn’t
that sound scrumptious and who doesn’t enjoy a cheeky peel off mask every now
and then? Truthfully peel-off masks can be a tad messy and sticky so I do
recommend pulling back all hair off your face before you apply and avoiding
your eyebrows, you’ll thank me later!
The mask
itself is thick and as expected slightly sticky but it does apply fairly easy
and due to the consistency it stays well on the face whilst drying out allowing
you to get on with other things without worrying that it will drip on to
furniture etc. The scent is simply divine and lives up to it’s name – think
pina colada cocktails and you will have the general idea.
After
applying to cleansed face and neck, I allowed it to dry out completely ( I love
the tight sensation of a good facial mask) – this took around 10 minutes and
then the fun began with the peeling off! It peeled of in two large chunks and
with it took some deep rooted grime from my pores, my skin instantly felt
revitalised, fresh and deep cleansed.
Not bad for
99p is it?
Available from most Superdrug stores.

99p? That's so good. I love face masks but I've never tried a peel-off one. Definitely need to! xx
