I know Essie is everywhere you look at the moment with the new diffusion line
rolling out in certain stores, the diffusion line is a great way to try out some of Essie's most popular shades
but sadly the diffusion line does only contain 30 shades and that means there is a good few
shades out there that will be over looked such as Knockout Pout!

Essie Knockout Pout is an almost neon pink that has a strong yellow undertone,
the yellow leaning does make it have a slight coral effect but it is a pretty shade none the less.
I can see this being the perfect partner to my Mac Nicki lipstick.
Knockout Pout dries to an almost matte finish and is a little streaky which makes application
a royal pain in the butt, to get full opaque coverage it took around three coats
and it wasn't as quick drying as some of the other shades I have tested in the past.

As this is not a shade from the diffusion line it has a different brush,
one that is narrow and in my opinion a little easier to use as I feel you can be more precise
but when it comes to brushes I guess it all boils down to personal preference.

I bought Knockout Pout from eBay for £6.67 inclusive of p&p - link
which worked out to be cheaper than any of the shades in the diffusion line which retail at £7.99.

Have you tried any Essie polishes?

Nail Polish Disclaimer - I will no longer be commenting on the wear of nail polishes
unless it chips instantly etc as I change my nail colour too frequently (sometimes daily),
to comment properly on the wear and as we all use different techniques such as top coats/base coats
I don't feel that my comments on wear time are helpful in any way.
