Deborah Volume and Colour Lip Plumper is another item I received in my Italian swap
and so far I'm enjoying playing around with goodies that are not available in the UK.
If you get the chance to do a little make-up swap I highly recommend it.

Deborah Volume and Colour Lip Plumper comes with a rather odd application method
rather than a brush or a horrid doe foot applicator you have a flat plastic like spatula
which is novel but not entirely precise when it comes to applying the gloss.
On the go I can see a few problems arising but I guess at home when time is on your side
with a little practise you would get the knack of applying with the odd spatula like tool.

Like an idiot I have misplaced the box this came in and have no idea of the shade inside
but it is an orange toned peach that applies a little lighter than it looks in the bottle.
The formula is a little sticky but does have pretty good colour pay off
and has a pretty shimmer effect that adds to the impression of larger lips.

As this is a Lip Plumper it does have a slight tingle effect but not anything unbearable,
I'm the wrong person to ask when it comes to lip plumpers as my lips are fairly large
but they did seem a tad plumper after an hour or so.
I don't know if anyone recalls when Agnes B sold cosmetics in the UK via mail order?
Well this gloss smells exactly like that - a scent I call typical lipstick with a hint of floral.
I realise now that the above comment makes no sense if you have no idea what I'm talking about,
haha oh well!

Have you tried any Deborah Cosmetics?
