Flatform are essentially wedge shoes that have a much lower wedge/heel than previous wedge type shoes.
I have to admit I don't find them the most attractive of shoe choices,
when it comes to heels i'm from the school of go high or go home...
it has been said countless times that my tastes run ever so stripper-esque.
The selling point for me with Flatforms is the comfort factor - a sign I'm getting old surely?
You see I'm barely over 5ft tall and feel stumpy in flats but sky scraper heels aren't always the practical choice
especially when you are on the go or on your feet all day.
That is where Flatforms come in they give me a little boost in the height stakes but don't kill after an hour,
as pretty as 6inch shoes may be no-one truly enjoys achy feet do they?
I bought my Flatforms from Asos for £40 - link
but they are a little big so if you do pick up a pair maybe get the size down
or like myself you will have to put insoles in and hope for the best!
So what are your thoughts on Flatforms?
I waaaant sooo baaad! I've had them saved on asos for ages just havent brought myself to getting them yet :( xxx
ReplyDeleteI say go for it :) they are so practical :)
Deleteooooh these look really nice! Im the same with heels, i think i'll have to get some of these x
ReplyDeleteThey are lovely for everyday :)
DeleteI think they're a great idea and I love the look of them.
ReplyDeleteI bought some flatform trainers from ASOS recently and I love them!
Thank you so much :)
Deleteohh fab I have been eyeing those up too haha :)
I really want those shoes!!!!
ReplyDeletego for it :) well worth the pennies :)
DeleteI have similar feeling to you about heels but i've also found myself looking at flatforms lately. I'm yet to give in and take the plunge but the pros are outwaying the cons!

Aww thank you :) glad you like them :)
DeleteI have these saved in my ASOS account. They do look good but I'm still undecided if I like them or not...
ReplyDeleteLove that you are doing different kind of posts :) x
Oh and I forgot to mention the cute kitty! My cat has the same colourings :)
ReplyDeleteHaha I do that but they way I seen it was how wrong can you go with black shoes? haha :)
DeleteAww thanks i'm glad you are enjoying them and is the my black and white cat you are talking about? :)
Love these! They are adorable!
ReplyDeleteSA is seriously lacking in any cute flatforms... Think I need to make my first Asos purchase! A bit worried about shipping/postage costs but these might be worth it!
They are so versatile! And, like you mentioned, perfect for everyday!
Ps, loving the new posts! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you my lovely :) I think and I say think that they ship free worldwide?
DeleteI hope so anyway :) and thank you so glad you are enjoying the little life snippets :)
i love flatforms so comfortable too mine aren't from asos there from h&m for £15
ReplyDeleteBargain :)
DeleteI really want these! I'm just a bit worried about the sizing though x
ReplyDeleteThey are about an 1/2 size too big for me, my feet slide to the front and bulge a little due to them being too big :| i'd say take the size down?
DeleteThe more I see these the more I like!

I didn't really like these until I read this post! Now I REALLY want some, but £40 is just too much 0_o
ReplyDeletehttp://fridayisforever.blogspot.com/ xx
ah i'm glad I helped sway you :) someone has stated H&M sell similar for £15 :)
DeleteI love them, they're so pretty in my opinion but I'm 5"9 and feel a bit silly and clumsy in shoes that add height, I might just go for it though! Loving the tights in these photos too :-) x
ReplyDeleteThank you :) the heel is pretty small around 6cm so I think even at 5ft 9 you will be comfortable in these :) aww thank you!
DeleteI really want to get some of these, I'm a real shorty myself. If anything, the kitty convinced me. :p x
ReplyDeleteGo shorties haha :) aww they both have that power ;)
DeleteLove these!!

thank you :)
DeleteI'm afraid I can't stand them! I either go for my super high heels like you or my comfy ballet pumps. I can do a kitten heel but I just can't get on board with this style! :s
ReplyDeleteThanks for being honest :) ah I can't bring myself to do kitten heels to be they are wrong haha!
DeleteCompletely agree with the go high or go home!x
ReplyDeleteHaha it is a good mantra to live by! :)
DeleteI dont think I am a flatforms convert yet... I don't find them the most attractive of shoes and would rather wear flats or heels I think!X
ReplyDeleteAt least you are honest :)
DeleteI am in the pro flatform group. I prefer the leopard ones from office.
ReplyDeleteI have some huge flatform wedges which look edgy when worn with right stuff.
