which features speckled eggs?
Yep a little off putting as I certainly don't deem my skin to be anything at all similar.
The power of advertisement is a whole other post and one I personally don't feel qualified to delve into
so let's just get on with the review shall we.
Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector a.k.a The Damage Eraser
promises to reverse the appearance of dark spots, age spots, skin stresses
and darkening from acne scars in as little as 4 weeks!
I don't have any darkening other than a few acne scars that I would like to fade
but in all honesty I do think four weeks is a little too promising so I thought as many of my readers
will have acne scarring that they would like to fade or disappear without drastic measures,
that this product may be something a good few will be interested in?
For that reason I will put it to the test for the next month and report back
with the final post featuring before and after photos of my scars.
"Dermatologist-developed to be safe, comfortable.
Yet in clinical trials our serum was comparable to a leading prescription ingredient
in visibly reducing dark spots at 4, 8 and 12 weeks,
with a verified 58% improvement at 12 weeks.
And all skin tones start seeing results at 4 weeks.
Basically Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector is a serum like product
that you apply twice a day, you can use this with or without a daily moisturising cream.
I have so far found the product to be light, silky and easily applied and absorbed by the skin.
However it is stressed how imperative it is that you use an SPF of 15 or above when using such product
as without it the skin care not improve in clarity in tone.
Sounds straight forward enough does it work?
I guess we will have to see how it unfolds over the course of a month!
Is this a product that you are interested in?

Same here...
DeleteGreat :) I shall keep you both updated :)
DeleteI used this for about 2 months and didn't see any difference :( it only really works well on acne scars and things that naturally heal up anyway. i found it to be a big waste of money and time
ReplyDeleteaww that sucks :( I have acne scars so I'm hoping they disappear even slightly!
DeleteHave to say I tried this aswell and didn't notice much of a difference at the time, I dont really have acne scarring but I have a few tiny sun spots that I wanted rid of and a scar on my cheek from sibling war as a child...I did however notice the changes after I'd stopped using it and my skin just looked dull and uneven. Not the miracle product I was hoping it to be though.

Aww that sucks, I'm not really looking for a miracle just some fading would be nice. Gutted it didn't work for you though :(
DeleteI used this a while ago and it did lighten a few marks but I ran out so quickly and didn't bother repurchasing! Am so tempted to get this or the estee lauder night repair xox
ReplyDeleteOh fab that is all I want this to do :) the night repair is amazing!
Deletemy mum swears by this stuff! i hope it works for you :) xx
ReplyDeletethanks lovely :)
DeletePersonally, I find their Repairwear Laser Focus range to be better. The serum in this one is amazing.
ReplyDeleteOh fab if this doesn't work that will be next on my list :) thank you!
DeleteI've actually been using this for about ten days now and I think it's been breaking me out...meaning I have more scars! Grr! It has improved the texture of my skin, though. I have mixed feelings right now!xx
ReplyDeletewe always seem to be testing or have bought the same products haha!
Deletestick with it for the remainder :)
I'm testing the Caudalie kit against spots right now and I think that after two weeks my skin tone actually appears more even. It's just a shame all these products are ridiculously expensive...
ReplyDeleteOh fab I will be reading those reviews tonight :)
Deleteyes it is a shame...sucks we weren't born with perfect skin eh haha!
I've been using this for about 2 weeks and am seeing an improvement already. Previously tried Estee Lauder even skintone illuminator but saw no difference!x
ReplyDeleteOh yay :) that gives me so much faith I hope it does the same for me :)
Deleteyikes I shall be avoiding that then :)
ill be interesting to know how you get on with this as i have a few acne scars id like to get rid of!
ReplyDeleteI shall keep you posted :)
DeleteI love that you are reviewing this product! I've wanted to get a real opinion for a while because like you I have some acne scarring and I don't know if it's worth it. I guess will see in a month!
ReplyDeleteThank you :) and it seems acne scars are the bane of many of our lives!
DeleteI shall keep you posted :)
I'm so glad you'll be reviewing this product. I thought about getting it but couldn't bring myself to part with the best part of £40 on a whim. Looking forward to seeing your results :) xx
ReplyDeleteI cant wait to see if this works xx

My mom's on her THIRD bottle and she's certainly seen results. One bottle lasts her about 2 months because she only uses it on her problem areas rather than her entire face. From my mom's experience it's taken time to show very noticeable results but it DOES work. She's been using for about 5 months now so don't give up if you don't see immediate results!
ReplyDeleteI will stick with it in that case :) results are results :)
DeleteI used this product every day, twice a day, for 3 months for some hyperpigmentation around my eye. I also made sure to use sunscreen every day. It didn't fade my dark spots in the least, hopefully you have better results than I did.
ReplyDeleteAh that really sucks, I'll keep you updated :)
Deleteoh i'm so glad you're reviewing it... the adds have me tempted, but i'm just not quite convinced
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your results on this. I have acne scarring and have tried a few different treatments that have faded things a little over time. This product is quite a bit cheaper then what i have bought in the past so i'll be one happy girl if it works :)

I'm trying the Garnier Pure Active roll-on which claims to fade spot marks, but I'd be interested to see if this works too, as I use Clinique's Even better foundation and I really like it.
