Again I'm going to let the photographs do the talking mostly as I don't feel the need to go into great detail.
Like all Mac lipsticks this has a soft vanilla scent that is not detectable once on the lips.
Beach Sands is a Cremesheen formula which means it applies like an opaque gloss
and feels moisturising on the lips but unlike a gloss it has high-ish colour pay off!
I typically get around two hours from Mac Cremesheen formulas.

Beach Sands  is an odd colour, yes it is in the nude family but the yellow tone is rather prominent
and not at all flattering on me, it yields slightly green/grey in some lights but this may be my colouring.
It is officially listed as a "light tan" shade which I can not argue with but the yellow undertone is
just too over bearing for me personally and far from flattering!
The main problem really is that it is too close to my skin tone
thus looking rather odd!

Again this is a limited edition shade and available from Mac counters and stores for a limited time only
