but none quite caught my attention nor made me quite as curious as the Instant Light Blushes!
These little vials of liquid blush come in three limited edition shades - a bronze, a pink and a coral.
and today brings me to the end of my reviews of the Clarins Spring Collection
concluding with the pink hue - Vitamin Pink.
As with all Clarins product this is beautifully presented in a transparent square tube - a little like a lip gloss
topped with a pale gold lid that of course has been engraved with the trademark "C" of Clarins.
Simple, understated and classic is how I would best describe the casing.
Housed inside is a large foam doe foot applicator which you use to dot on the product
but more on that later!
Vitamin Pink is a mid toned light pink
that in my opinion does lean slightly towards the coral family.
It is cool in tone and as an evident blue undertone,
giving it a duo-chrome effect, this reflects slight purple in lights - mix of pink and blue I guess.
Much like it's sister shade Coral Tonic this is not a matte shade
but has a fine silver shimmer running throughout.
I didn't find the shimmer to set in my pores nor did it highlight other flaws.
As mentioned these come with a large foam doe foot applicator which is useful
for it helps to control how much product you use
thus resulting in less waste.

These blushes are fairly sheer, think more a tint than a full on blush.
People may grumble about the pigmentation but I personally don't feel these where ever made
to be full on flushes of colour but rather a subtle hint of a tint.
The texture of these is some what similar to Benetint and the other tints in such range
but unlike such product they don't dry down instantly giving you ample time to blend and apply.
Once dried down they do still remain slightly dewy and give a radiant glow all the while being transparent.
In all honesty these are best suited to fairer skin as deeper tones will struggle to get the desired effect
that being said you can layer on the product without it turning ashy or thick.
I found the Instant Light Blushes to work best on bare skin and last around the 8 hour mark.
If you like your blush natural and barely there then this is the product for you,
they would also work particularly well on holiday when less in more!
Product Summary
Round Up - A light liquid blush that delivers a transparent subtle veil of colour.
Best For - Light skin tone as the shades are fairly light in tone.
Pigmentation - (5/10) I do feel it is important to remember that I do believe these are aimed to give a hint of a shade not a full on blush.

I need this in my life! The pink is so pretty, and the formula you described wont make me look like a clown ( I tend to go with an overly heavy hand with blushers ><).
