Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet Review

Let me begin by divulging that I purchased the Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet not only on a whim but also under the impression that it was a foot peel. I didn't really read the eBay listing, clicked purchase and of course ended up with a product that does the opposite of what I expected. However all is not lost, it turns out that the Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet isn't half bad and a great Sunday evening treat.

I'll spare you the images of my feet but the Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet is a little different from your typical sheet mask; yes it is made of soft cotton like material and doused in serum but as it is intended for the feet, you have two large wet booties to slide your feet inside. In the grand scheme of things, I have fairly small feet (a UK 3) but as the boots all but drowned my feet, I feel comfortable stating that they should fit most. Oddly despite being wet and a little slippery (pop your feet up and avoid walking unless you are utterly fearless), the Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet makeshift shoes are surprisingly comfortable. They cool, soothe and feel instantly hydrating, a treat for tired and Winter worn tootsies.

Holika Holika state that this particular mask has been created to help soften thick skin and leave the feet feeling fresh. To an extent it delivers both attributes; after 10-15 minutes I removed the mask, massaged my feet and inspected the aftermath - yes my feet felt weirdly cleaner than before ,despite having a shower prior to application and the skin on the top of my feet were noticeable softer. Sadly the soles of my feet and heels were just as before. To really combat dry skin I think my only option is to order a foot peeling mask, which was of course my original intention - I only wish I hadn't Google'd the peeling stages, it truly is enough to put you off masks for life ha!

Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet Review

Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet is a pleasant enough experience, cooling and fairly hydrating but perhaps better suited to those who simply want a pick-me-up treat, rather than hardcore dry skin removal. Would I purchase Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet again? Oddly yes, especially now I know what to expect. If you spend a lot of time on your feet and don't have the time nor gumption to fill a basin or foot spa, this is the compact solution you may have been searching for.

So the real question is, would you use a sheet mask on your feet?
