Yankee Candle Autumn Fragrances 2015

In true blogger cliche fashion, Autumn is my favourite season. I enjoy the warmth, cosiness and general richness of the change of season. Autumn is the perfect excuse to stay at home, curl up with a blanket, a good film and of course a beautiful home fragrance; this leads me to sharing not only a few new Yankee candle launches but also some of my firm seasonal favourites.

Yankee Candle Autumn Fragrances 2015

First up we have two new launches: Yankee Gingerbread Maple and Yankee Vanilla Bourbon both rich, almost food like fragrances that add a certain ambience to any room. If you are a fan of Gingerbread in any sense then you will have to purchase some form of Yankee Gingerbread Maple - a sweet, syrupy come spicy scent that is ideal for not only the Autumn but also the upcoming festive season. A little more alcoholic and perhaps more robust is Yankee Vanilla Bourbon - an intense, slightly boozy, warming scent that has a noticeable bourbon note, which is sweetened out with an almost sugary edge.

Although Yankee Sweet Apple and Yankee Fireside Treats are not new scents, they are not to be overlooked. Apples are synonymous with the season aren't they? And what better way to welcome Autumn into your home than with the traditional scent of Yankee Sweet Apple. Forget sweet, green apples this captures the scent and almost taste of robust, ready to eat red apples. Lastly and perhaps my favourite Yankee scent ever we have Yankee Fireside Treats - a sweet come smoky scent that oddly encapsulates the spirit of Autumn, Winter and Summer in one lingering scent. To me it evokes memories of both Summer camp fires and the Bonfires of Autumn. I can't get enough of this particular fragrance and will burn it at any given opportunity. If you try one new home fragrance this season let it be this, I doubt you will be disappointed.
