Roger and Gallet Fleur de Figuier Eau de Parfum

If I was not a beauty blogger I seriously doubt that I would be the fig fragrance connoisseur (slight exaggeration) I am today. As a matter of fact I'm willing to bet fig scented products would not play nay part within my home or personal fragrance collection. It was at a blogger meet up I first discovered Diptyque Figuier Candle and have never looked back, as a matter of a fact I actively seek out figgy scented products. The latest addition and fig based launch for that matter is Roger and Gallet Fleur de Figuier Eau de Parfum.

Roger and Gallet Fleur de Figuier Eau de Parfum is of course the more intense and long wearing version of Roger and Gallet Fleur de Figuier Eau de Toilette. I say of course when there is a difference in notes, the eau de toilette is a smidgen fresher with citrus notes where as Roger and Gallet Fleur de Figuier Eau de Parfum is a little deeper, musk based and lacking in sweetness.

Roger and Gallet Fleur de Figuier Eau de Parfum contains notes of candied fig, musk and patchaouli - if you enjoy fig based fragrances then this is one you do not want to miss out on. A warm, fruity yet comforting and oddly familiar blend of notes that is ideal for any occasion or season - personally I find fig scents really come into their own in the Autumn or late Summer. If you have tried the Diptyque Figuier range fell in love, but not so much with the price I can safely say that the Roger & Gallett Fleur de Figuier fragrance line is incredibly similar but marginally cheaper.

A beautiful, rich scent that will appeal to all ages - especially if you enjoy the sweet aroma of figs. A must try for sure.

Roger and Gallet Fleur de Figuier Eau de Parfum £27/50ml currently exclusive to Escentual within the UK - link.
