Once you wrap your head around the fact that Lush Needles and Pine Shower Jelly not being a seasonal product the next thing you notice along with the texture is the wonderful scent. A truly sensuous aroma that has somewhat aromatherapy benefits, a blend of Pine and Cyprus Leaf notes come together that to mimic the effect of a sauna. Such scents also encourage the blood to flow and increase circulation, all the while stimulating the capillary beds. I also find that it de-congests and clears the airways - great if like myself you are suffering from hayfever or even a Summer cold. The fragrance itself is very alpine , outdoors-y and a little masculine - fresh, invigorating and renewing, it is one that both sexes can truly enjoy. If you don't have regular access to a sauna (and who does?), this is the next best thing.
Lush Needles and Pine Shower Jelly is actually recommend for use after a visit to the gym or any form of exercise for that matter as it can calm and soothe tired, achy muscles. For extra relief I recommend popping it into the freezer - it won't physically freeze but will remain icy cold for a good few hours. Trust me it is quite the treat when combined with tired limbs and a warm shower.
You can use any Lush Shower Jelly in a whole manner of ways, you can freeze it as I mentioned above, chill it the fridge for a quick cold blast or use it straight from the tub. The one factor that never changes is that they are really slippery, so do make sure you have a tight grip or you will be chasing it around in the shower which is more frustrating than amusing. I find the Shower Jellies to cleanse really well but they do not foam quite as much as a typical shower gel but let's face it they are oodles more fun!

This sounds lovely, especially the scent. I could definitely use this right now during allergy season- I'm all stuffed up and can't breathe out of my nose. I am now a mouth breather.

This sounds lovely. Next year I am living in a place with no bath and need some shower products. I really need to visit the Oxford Street store and purchase this.

The exclusive products to Oxford Street are making me so jealous (and annoying me a little). I would love to try out this shower jelly especially after a workout but alas, I live in Scotland and have no intention of going to London for a long time. I'll have to live vicariously through everyone else.

Oh this sounds (and looks) amazing! I've just been introduced to shower jellies and I really like them. I'm based quite far out of London (although I'm a lot closer than you and others are!) but I'm hoping to be able to make a trip some time soon as I have to at least see this magical new store and hopefully pick up one or two products x
