As promised I put my sister on testing duty with all the new Lush Bath Bombs for Mother's Day. I realise that the collection has been created to spoil and celebrate all the lovely Mum's, Grandmother's and important females within our lives but if you enjoy floral fragrances, this is what you have been waiting for. One of, if not the prettiest items within the line up is Lush Rose Bombshell Bath Bomb - a delicate rose scented and filled bath treat that feels far more luxurious than the £3.50 lets on.
"Bursting with rose petals, this bomb is a floral spectacle in your bath. Soya milk powder blends with orange flower absolute, rosewood and Turkish rose oils for a beautiful, skin-softening experience."
I realise that not everyone is a fan of rose fragrances and some may even deem them to be dated but this is rather pleasant and very delicate. Yes it is ever so powdery but then again what bath bomb isn't. My sister says it somewhat reminds her of baby powder in terms of scent which I'd imagine most would find inoffensive. Forget the fragrance for a moment and imagine how blissful the addition of real rose petals added to a warm bath must be? As the Lush Rose Bombshell Bath Bomb gently fizzes around the water it not only tints and softens the water but disperses a trail of real rose petals in its wake. So pretty and I imagine relaxing. As this contains soya milk and a blend of natural oils such as Turkish rose it will leave you skin gently conditioned and moisturised with next to no effort.
A lovely gift for a loved one or indeed yourself that won't break the bank.

Usually I'm not a fan of rose scented products, but for some reason I love Lush's rose scent. Rose Jam is a particular favourite of mine! I spotted this in store and was pretty drawn to it so I think next time I'm there I'll pick it up x
