Just Like Sunday is my favourite ever Jo Malone collection, partly because well my blog is called The Sunday Girl but because Sunday has always been my favourite day..closely followed by Thursday (don't ask). Sunday's have always been a restful day for catching up with friends and family not to mention the British staple that is the Sunday roast! With Autumn in the air you may be looking for a warm and comforting scent to fragrance the home? Well look no further than the Jo Malone Incense and Embers candle.
Jo Malone Incense and Embers is a blend of smoky incense with silver fir accents, white pepper, couple with napa leather, elegant vetiver and golden amber - well at least that is the official description. In my opinion it is smoky like a roaring fire yet warming too and dare I say it slightly sexy. It is one of the very few Jo Malone scents that I have tried over the years that I would truly deem to be unisex. Leathery (in a good way not like sun damaged skin), smoky, sensual and perfect for the cooler months. Although in no way identical if you like Diptyque Feu de Bois then I would imagine this would be something you also enjoy as they share a similar wood smoke note.

It looks beautiful and sounds like it smells amazing! Woody smells are the definition of autumn so this does sound like the perfect candle! Oh, and I love Sunday's too! ;)

Ooh I love the sound of this. Earthy woody fragrances are by far my favourite. I have had a couple of Jo Malone candles but like all others (and I include another high-end brand Diptyque in this) I have yet to find one that doesn't leave a black smokey traill up my white bathroom wall as it burns!
