Sephora Wishlist

I am a planner. I like lists, diaries and anything that involves plotting my next move.
With that in mind I have pretty much composed the beauty wishlist to end all beauty wishlists for when I visit the US of A later this year. I really should put my bank card in the freezer and call it a day...

1 - If you ever get near a Sephora check out their own make-up line as it is not only great value for money but wonderful quality too. Last year I bought a few of the mineralised blushes and as nice as they are this time around I would like a few matte Sephora blushes to add to my collection. Oh and you simply have to try out Sephora brushes, I am a complete and utter convert.

2 and 3 - Sephora matte liquid lipsticks are fabulous and forever in my bag, I plan on stocking up on a few firm favourite shades of the Sephora Cream Lip Stains as well as the new Sephora Luster Matte Long Wear Lip Colors.

4,5 and 6 - Last year I dabbled with the Kat Von D make-up line but wasn't completely sold. It is nice enough but just not as great as hype had made it out to be. This time around I'd like to try Kat Von D's Lock It Foundation as well dipping into the lip product line up. The Kat Von D Studded Lip Stick range has caught my eye purely for the design and being a matte lipstick lover I do have to trial the Kat Von D Everlasting Love Liquid Lipstick too.

8 and 9 - Tarte powder products are nothing short of phenomenal and I do plan on purchasing a few blushes that we can't get in the UK as well as a palette or two. I'm not entirely sure which one as I am a little hopeful that the Christmas/Holiday gift sets will be on the Sephora counters when I touch down in Florida. The only other Tarte product that has truly caught my eye is Timeless Smoothing Primer, anything that can blur my enlarged pores has got to be a good thing, right?

10 and 11 - Yep I adore the Olsen twins. Adore! I have not tested out the Elizabeth and James Nirvana Fragrances but I will do on the first given opportunity. As I predicted a good year ago the black bottle is seemingly similar to Tom Ford Black Orchid, if that does turn out to be the case I will be skipping. In all honesty the white version does appeal to more. We shall see...

12 - In the UK it is slightly more difficult to purchase roller ball fragrances yet I find they come in rather handy for everyday wear. Your favourite scent in a dinky little bottle that won't weigh down your handbag, what is not to love? I am undecided what scents I will bring home but most likely a Marc Jacobs Daisy purchase will occur.

C.O Biglowe Body cleanser, £3.02 / LORAC Pro Palette, £25 / LORAC Pro Palette 2, £25 / LORAC Pro Matte Lipstick, £9.65 / LORAC lips makeup, £9.65 / Maybelline Baby Lips Dr. Rescue Medicated Lip Balm, £1.80 / Bath and Body Works Anti-Bac Hand Gels / Bath and Body Works Candles

13 - A Maybelline Baby Lips fan I am not and yet I have this urge to try out the medicated range - Maybelline Baby Lips Dr.Rescue.

14 and 15 - Both Lorac Pro Eyeshadow palettes will be coming home with me, it really is as simple as that. I am a sucker for neutrals and really enjoy the fact that both palettes offer matte and shimmer shades. Come to mama.

16 and 17 - Along with all the Lorac eyeshadow loving I have been reading lately, I have noticed that many of my favourite American based beauty bloggers rate Lorac lip products. The matte lipsticks will be mine. Topping my list is the Lorac Pro Matte Lip Color formulation as well as maybe a Lorac Alter Ego Lipstick or two.

18 and 19 - What is a trip to the US without a visit to Bath and Body Works? I plan on purchasing a good few Pumpkin and typical Autumn scented candles as well as stocking up on their anti-bacterial hand gels.

20 - I have a special place in my heart for anything that taps into the old school apothecary vibe, I personally blame that Friends episode? Anyway I have tried out a few C.O Bigelow products along the way and fully recommend the Lemon and Mentha product lines. They smell ah-maz-ing and more than deliver what they promise.

EOS Lip Balm, £30 / Marc Jacobs Nail polish, £11 / Make Up Forever HD Blush / Marc Jacobs eyeshadow palette, £36 / Marc Jacobs Gel Lipstick, £18 / Make Up Forever HD Foundation / Make Up Forver Full Cover Concealer, £17 / Make Up Forever Aqua Brow

21, 22, 23 and 24 - Excuse the duplicate photo of the Bath and Body Works Hand Gels, my bad! Anyway I realise that somewhere in London you can purchase Marc Jacobs make-up, where I'm not too sure? As I live in Glasgow, London is quite a jaunt just for the sake of make-up so I will do my purchases in the States. On my hit list is the 7 pan Marc Jacobs eyeshdow palette in The Dreamer, a nail polish in the shade Daisy (of course), a lip gel and a neutral twinkle pop eyestick. Yep that will be pretty costly.

25 - My second lip balm mention and again a brand I am not entirely sold on once more. Can you sense a pattern? I really want to try out the EOS lip balm in Vanilla Mint but most likely will be left disappointed and with sore lips. Some people never learn.

26, 27. 28 and 29 - I am slightly obsessed with Make Up Forever and don't understand why it is not readily available within the UK? I'm hoping that one day we will be able to go into the likes of Debenhams and purchase with ease or even better Sephora will come to the UK. Yes please! Anyway when in Sephora I will be repurchasing a bottle of Make Up Forever HD Foundation and Full Cover Concealer as well as trying out the Aqua Brow and HD Blush line. Best get a bank loan now huh?

What would you add to this list? Or anything you would recommend I avoid completely?
