Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Eau de Toilette

At the moment the only fragrance on everyone's lips and skin for that matter is Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Eau de Toilette - it really is all I have spoken about to all that will listen. Marc Jacobs fragrances have this effect unlike any others, each time a new version launches the beauty world goes utterly nuts and rightly so - they never disappoint.

So yes Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Eau de Toilette, can we have a moment of appreciation for the bottle?
Moment over. I want to avoid using the term dreamy but that is exactly what the bottle is. A beautiful clear glass container, decorated with big white daisies which are only complimented by the blue tinted liquid. Dreamy. One thing that is for sure this bottle will take pride of place on any dressing table.

Now on to the fragrance - I can say without a moment of hesitation that if you like the original Marc Jacobs Daisy you will of course want to add this to your collection. I would describe Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Eau de Toilette as a lighter version of the original Daisy - it smells very similar yet different at the same time. On first mist you would swear it was a weaker version of Daisy and yet once it dries down the heedy violet note that the first Daisy scent is famous for somewhat disappears allowing the fruity notes of blackberry, grapefruit, pear and coconut water to shine through. It is like a breathe of fresh air - I liken it to a warm spring day, spent picnicking in the park. Light, effortless and feminine.

If you are jetting off any time soon the good news is that you can get you hands on Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream EDT before anyone else as World Duty Free stores will have it exclusively for a month- rolling out on June 13th. It will then launch nation wide on July 15th.

I bet you can't wait!
