The Daily Beauty Report (25.03.14)

Lots of exciting beauty news today...

I am so excited for the new Benefit Hydrating Tinted Lip Balms which are a tie in to the brand's existing range of lip and cheek stains. Each lip balms is said to be enriched with mango butter and will come in four shades Benebalm (rosy red), Lollibalm (orchid pink), Chachabalm (coral) and Posiebalm (pink).

Rather excitedly MAC will be unveiling their up until now pro-exclusive eyeshadow shades in-store. I have no exact date but I'm guessing May for the UK as it is an April launch for the US. I don't have a MAC Pro Card so I have no idea what shades that will involve but fingers and toes crossed it involves MAC Soft Brown. MAC will also be re-launching their Tres Cheek collection this Spring too which involves the permanent addition of the following blush shades: Lovecloud, Peony Petal, Modern Mandarin and Full of Joy.

NUDE Skincare have just launched their Advanced Renewal Serum, this is said to be a new lightweight anti-ageing serum with omega 9, Japanese sea kelp and hyaluronic acid to firm, nourish and hydrate skin. It is currently exclusive to Space NK - link.

After hearing what Emma from Escentual has to say about Yves Saint Laurent Manifesto L’Eclat EDT I simply have to have it once it launches this Spring. It is said to be a sparkling, radiant and fresh fragrance that contains notes of jasmine, freesia, red roses, orange blossom with vanilla, tonka bean, sandalwood and cashmere. Emma however has sold it to me by describing it as a "frothy vanilla milkshake". Yum. Count me in.

Lastly bareMinerals have just launched their Prime Time BB Primer Cream Daily Defence SPF 30 which is said to be a triple-action, all-in-one tinted formula. It can diminish the look of discolouration and imperfections as well as providing sun protection it also primes skin for make-up. It comes in four shades and can be worn alone or under foundation.

Have a lovely evening everyone.
